I still enjoy the anime a lot, but its far more carried by its story, post time skip. So far in Wano though the pacing, while still less than a chapter per episode, is executed pretty well. One Piece starts to get good in the Baratie arc in episode 24 or chapter 51 when Zoro fights Mihawk. That chapter shows a glimpse of the greatness of One Piece.
